FROM CONCEPT TO DESIGN

From your drawing or sketch we can determine the best molding and casting methods to achieve your product requirements. We can assist you during product design to ensure "design for manufacturability" of your parts.

EDI OR PRINT

You can send your designs by Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) on our password protected File Transfer Page or send us your drawings. EDI can be accepted from IGES, Data Exchange Format (DXF), STL and Autocad (DWG). We will utilize this data to establish our Advanced Product Quality Plan (APQP) and quotation.

TOOLING

When you are ready for production, patterns and tooling will be designed, developed and built by us. We often utilize SLA patterns to reduce time to market and tooling costs.

PRODUCTION

We are completely self-sufficient in producing your parts including:

• Spectrographic Analysis Of Incoming Alloys
• Molding
• Low Pressure Or Gravity Casting
• Finishing
• Non Destructive Testing - radiography, Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant, Etc.
• Heat Treatment

Further process completion can be coordinated for machining, plating, painting, hipping, impregnation or coating with vendors who meet our rigid quality requirements . . . and yours.

QUALITY CONTROL

With our advanced computer integrated low pressure casting machines, we can control our casting processes to assure consistent quality. We perform process checks at every step to assure your requirements are met.

Certificates of Compliance and Affidavits, if required, will accompany all shipments.

Our design, production and distribution operations are certified to ISO 9001:2000, without design.
